This is a tool that will help you make barcode labels.
Barcode software for All makes barcode labels for your asset management, retail, inventory control use. It supports a range of codes, prominent among them are the EAN and UPC barcodes. These are for retail use. ISBN is for books, ISSN is for magazines. Codabar is used in blood banks, libraries, parcels and more. Code 11 is used for labelling telecommunications equipment. Code 128 is used in packaging and shipping industries worldwide, inventory and tracking purposes in commercial organizations. Code 39 is used in badges, Inventory and Industrial applications, industries and organizations. All of these and more are supported by the tool. Look up the developer’s site for a complete list.
The toolbar of the application lets you select the size for the barcode. You could select the color and the font too. Once the label is created it is usually saved as an image and this tool supports the image formats such as TIFF, PNG, JPG, BMP, PDF or as a vector barcode in the Enhanced MetaFile (EMF) or Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) formats. There are more than 330 templates that you can start from. Free text can be added to the labels as necessary. As reduced heights of the bars in a barcode are allowed, the tool also takes that into account and you can print labels with reduced heights. Most standard labels can have pre-determined space settings, you could set your own too in inches as well as mm. Many standard labels included are Avery, Herma, WorldLabel, etc. This is a very good product and is a good option when you have a need for a tool like this. Go ahead and try it out in your exact work settings.
